Max & Helen founded aWay Home in 2018 with a passion to help families find and operate a successful home-sharing business. They have been AirBnB Superhosts for 5 years. Their income from home-sharing their primary residence consistently doubles, and often triples their expenses (mortgage, insurance, taxes). They also own several rental properties, and have a passion for real estate investing and effectively managing their properties.
Whitson Family
Max runs the operations for aWay Home. He has 15 years of global operations leadership at Nike and ASICS, and is also a Realtor licensed in CA.

Helen oversees all sales, marketing and creative design work. She has 20 years corporate/enterprise sales experience.
